We are looking for an experienced lead to drive our regional growth, business development and marketing function at RICE.
This individual is passionate about playing a strategic role in growing the consultancy’s client portfolio, proactively identifying new growth opportunities for the business in the region, and has a strong acumen for branding, marketing and communications.
Key responsibilities include:
Business Growth
- Propose growth strategies focused on client acquisition and retention, market expansion, and revenue generation
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
New Business Acquisition
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, aligned with growth targets
- Identify new business leads within the existing market potential
- Propose the right tools and team required to win new business
- Lead the development, in collaboration with the team, of new business proposals and RFP responses
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape and client needs
Marketing Strategy
- Develop regional marketing strategy and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and share of voice across the region
- Regularly review sales and marketing performance, and utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and tactics
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective content
Partnerships & Collaboration
- Propose and work with relevant, external stakeholders and partners
Key requirements include:
- At least eight years of marketing and communications experience. Bonus if there is prior new business development experience on the agency side
- Passion for branding, marketing, communications, or sales, with a sound understanding of the various disciplines
- Strong commercial acumen
- Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, leverage tech, and make data-driven decisions.
