At its core, the role of the Performance Executive is to implement digital campaigns across paid search platforms to achieve the aims and objectives of your clients. You will be trained on how to best utilize these platforms, building a strong knowledge of campaign management and reporting.
The Activation Executive role is an entry level role for someone who is passionate about digital media. You will be expected to learn the fundamentals of PPC platform management and take responsibility for building, monitoring, optimizing, and reporting on campaign execution, aligned to client strategy and performance KPIs. A keen attention to detail, ability to manage your own time effectively and excellent numerical skills will be essential for the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities: (or 'Duties')
- Manage day-to-day operations of the search campaigns maintaining a high standard of operational excellence.
- Learn platform best practice & internal processes to ensure campaigns run optimally.
- Understand PPC metrics and their relationship with one another when reporting on performance.
- Devise and execute tests to drive continuous optimization, bringing learnings into future campaign activities.
- Be responsible for budget management across campaigns.
- Measure and analyse results. Regular reports on what is working, what is not and proactively propose adjustments to strategies and tactics.
- Work with digital and tech vendors such as Google to understand their roadmaps and assess opportunities in relation to our clients.
- Understand organizational and product goals and map them to specific project deliverables.
Core Competencies:
- Fresh graduate, 0 to 2 years’ experience in a Performance, social media or biddable media team
- Passionate about and engaged with the fast changing world of performance media and digital marketing
- Committed to building a career in a digital performance marketing agency
- Practical expertise in performance activation on self-service biddable platforms (knowledge of additional tech platforms is an advantage too)
- High level of Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, charts and formulae desirable but not essential
- Solid quantitative/analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting recommendations to all management levels as well as coordinating with key agency partners such as Google
- Enthusiastic and confident individual with the ability to interact well with people on a personal and professional level and to thrive in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
