Job Description & Requirements:
*Managing the Data Center operations and handling the project for data center expansion
*Coordinating access requests with the Facilities Manager and submitting work requests for Sunday and nighttime tasks.
*Managing on-site installations and construction forexchanges.
*Ensuring the functionality of temperature sensors and gateways on-site and coordinating issue resolution with vendors.
*Conducting weekly checks on all sensors, and gateways and managing the alarm masking process for 5Gcontainment.
*Monitoring PCM room temperatures in collaboration with the Facilities Manager and overseeing the management of all exchanges.
*Proficiency in the installation and commissioning of UPS, Battery Charger, and Battery systems, as well as ongoingmaintenance of these critical components.
*Providing valuable assistance to customers in equipmentusage, coupled with the prompt and accurate reportingof necessary documentation.
*Swiftly troubleshooting on-site issues and adeptlyanalyzing complex installations.
*Offering technical support and guidance to customers,ensuring their needs are met.
*Coordinating workflow with contractors to identify andresolve any operational issues.
*Handling the installation and maintenance tasksaccording to a predefined schedule, encompassingAC/DC Power Systems Hardware, Nicad/Lead Acid BatteryMaintenance, UPS Installation/Maintenance, and BatteryMonitoring System management.
