Responsibilities:
- Technical post-purchasse assistance for both internal and external clients mandated by the business.
- Complete on-site tasks as directed, including:
- Overseeing the commissioning and installation of machinery, carry out instruction for customers.
- Post-purchase servicing duties such as upkeeep, troubleshooting, client education, projects to upgrade current production lines.
- Handle emergency assistance cases and on-call duties from a distance or in person client websites.
- Provide technical assistance to the sales teams.
- Organize service and capital projects for delivery between the company delivery units and clentele.
- Take part in FAT exam as required.
- Take part in the creation of new goods and services.
- Manage service and support sales of maintenance and spare parts, organizing and scheduling of tasks.
- Maintain regular contact with clients.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's or Diploma degree in mechanical, electrical, or robotic systems engineering.
- At least three (3) years of expertise with engineering duties, PLC, and HMI programming in the plywood or the wood processing business.
- Practical installation and troubleshooting experience with adjustable-speed drives and PLC/PC controls in industrial machines.
- Skilled in PC-based control systems, such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Beckoff, Omron, etc., and PLC Programming.
- Can recognize how electromechanical system works.
