Job Description:
As a Sales Support Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in our team's success by handling various administrative tasks efficiently and contributing to a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Printing invoices and food tags
- Assisting the sales executive team in order processing
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Guiding customers through the ordering process
- Inputting sales orders into our system
- Responding to customer feedback
- Sending menus and proposals to customers
- Ad hoc duties by sales manager
Work-Life Balance:
Enjoy a balanced work schedule with four weekdays and one weekend day (work from home on weekends). You'll collaborate closely with a team of four colleagues who share the same responsibilities. Additionally, individual and group commissions, with potential earnings of up to $2,000 (usually starts from $1,000), will be provided. Salary range stated is inclusive of commissions.
