Job Description:

• Support Rep Office operations by supervising staff, planning, organizing and implementing administrative system.

• Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules and monitoring results/outcomes of projects.

• Staffing:

1) Manage department staff in term of recruiting, selecting and employees’ training, performance management and appraisal.

2) Delegate work to staff and managing their workload and output.

• Cost Management & Analysis:

1) Tracking budget expense and monitoring cost with the support of Finance department.

• Office General Procurement Matter:

1) Business administrator of online Admin system.

2) Responsible for Procurement approval for all admin related expense.

3) Responsible for Rep Office’s facilities, cleaning, security, and fire safety, office renovation, and procurement of comprehensive business outsourcing services.

• Staff Welfare Matter:

1) Responsible for Chinese Expat monthly housing and meal allowance matter, vehicle rental, etc

• Internal Risk Control Management:

1) oversee dept internal audit matter and ensure department carry out operation in accordance to internal policy and procedures.

2) Coaching employees to identify module risks and develop mitigation measures.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Business Administration/Economics or relevant disciplines.

• 5 - 7 years’ hands-on experience in business administration in similar industry.

• Accepts global business trips as and when assigned by company.

• Knowledge in telecommunications products would be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical mind with good organizing and co-ordination skills.

• Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.

• Be able to take the leadership in implementing and coordinating projects, deploying resources/manpower, identify major business risks, and take effective measurements.

• Ability to communicate bilingually in Mandarin and English. Mandarin is essential to communicate with colleagues in the head office in China.
