Job Purpose
This position reports to the Operations Director (OD). Candidate must have the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management. Primarily job responsibility is to ensure works are carried out safely and timely in accordance with contract requirements and specifications, which includes managing 24X7 calls, sub-contractors, working teams, providing training, and mentoring of junior team members as well.
Key Responsibilities
Technical:
- Practice and always maintain good Safety standard.
- Installation/ maintenance/ repair works for pipes and water distribution/ sanitary system in accordance to Safety Standard including compliance in accordance to the building Code.
- Conduct survey, Inspection including carry out maintenance in compliance with PUB requirements.
- Submission to authority
- Attend to client enquiries, prepare quotation and reports.
- Attend to any emergency call/ breakdown, if required.
- Be proactive, share technical knowledge and experience with team for improvement.
- At times, might take on Project Manager’s role to coordinating activities with various stakeholders, and ensure project schedule, targets and plans are followed and comply with contractual requirements.
- Assist Operations Director with a range of other duties as may be required from time to time.
Administration:
· Manage all information in relation to project including labour, material, and sub-contractor
· Responsible for submission and monitoring of technical drawings, method statements and proposals
· Ensure supervisors & workers meet client & regulatory requirements

Skill Requirements
- Must be PUB certified/Licensed Plumber
- Minimum 2 Years of relevant working experience
· Good to have Class 3/3A Driving license.
· Preferably possess BIZSAFE Risk Management.
· Skills proficient in AutoCAD, and MSOffice.
· Good analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
