Responsibilities
- Coordinate bunker orders, complete related documents, and process
- Submit contracts and relevant emails for internal approval
- Send contracts/counters and follow up with counterparties in a timely
- Negotiate/confirm trading contract terms with counterparties
- Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Maintain accurate and complete records of all bunker barge operations, including BDN, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of all bunker barge operations into the company's systems.
- Update relevant spreadsheets and databases as required to maintain up-to-date records.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline (Business Administration, Shipping, or Legal-related majors are preferred )
- Proactive with a positive working attitude, self-motivated, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Detail-oriented, sensitive to numbers and figures, and well-organized
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
- You are a team player with the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and workload, including travels where necessary
- You may have to work outside of normal working hours
