Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following experience, knowledge and skills:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent HR professional qualifications
  • IHRP-Certified Professional preferred
  • About 5 years relevant working experience in HR Management
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and Singapore Labor legislations
  • Good hands-on payroll experience with Timesoft and/or other HRIS System
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Meticulous with high level of accuracy and strong personal integrity
  • Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Able to communicate well with people at all levels
  • A team player with initiative and good interpersonal skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving and time management skills
  • Able to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


Job description

As an Executive/Senior Executive, HR & Admin, you will be responsible for a full spectrum of Human Resourceduties as detailed below:


HR

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing including CPF, IRAS Submission, IR21 tax clearance.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process of positions of all levels.
  • Maintain and update employee database in the HR System including liaising with HR vendor on enquiriesrelating to the HR System (Timesoft).
  • Process and prepare HR/employment related matters including preparation of Appointment Letters.
  • Administer work passes (eg EP, SP) and exit clearance processing for foreign employees.
  • Responsible for employee benefits such as leave record management, health insurance, flexi-benefits andstaff welfare.
  • Preparation of monthly HR Payroll Reports, IFRS 17 Payroll Report, Levy Report, Management MeetingReport, Headcount Report and MOM Labour Survey.
  • Handle staff welfare events e.g. monthly healthy food day and year-end dinner party etc.
  • Maintain personal files, leave records and other HR administrative matters.
  • Assist employees with their training requests.
  • Be the back-up for quarterly HR reporting to Head Office.
  • Liaise with Auditors for internal & external audits.
  • Responsible for the regular updating and reviewing of Payroll and other HR and Admin Work Instructions.

Administration

  • Act as back-up and support to the Customer Service & Admin Officer to handle incoming calls, visitors andmails when required
  • Maintain and administer office Biometric Door Access System and Suntec Office Access
  • Liaise with building/office vendors on office maintenance
  • Covering HR & Admin Assistant’s duties as and when necessary
