Project Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, communications, and completion of systems integration projects.
The Responsibilities
· Review and understand statement of works, drawings and schematics, to determine time to deliver and resource planning and management for the project period
· Responsible for coordinating all activities associated with the timely, accurate, and on-budget completion of the project
· Create and manage the project schedule
· Function as the focal point for internal and external project communication and documentation
· Coordinate activities with general contractor, construction manager, owner and other trades as required.
· Responsible for effective communication with customer including change orders and delivery, project status, etc.
· Provide regular updates, reports and supporting documents on projects to stakeholders (internal and external)
· Review progress to ensure projects assigned are on track as scheduled and within the project budget provided
· Management of resources (internal and external)
· Risk management and mitigation
· Attend meetings on-site, via scheduled calls as required
· Assist in tender preparation for materials relating to the project delivery. Attendance at tender interviews may be required at times.
· Coordinate turn-over of project to service department at the end of each project.
The Pre-Requisites
· Added advantage for PMP/Prince2 certified professionals
· CTS certification is preferred
· Minimum 3 years of experience in project management roles
· Experience in AV industry preferred
· Understand AV system functionality and installation processes and techniques
· Understand technical and construction documents
· Candidate should have experience working with corporate clients, including MNCs
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups
· Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing and implementing skills leading to successful completion of a project by a specific due date
· Possess high integrity
· Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations
