QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Responsibilities:
. Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission
. Preparation of Bills of Quantity
. Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
. Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control
. Monitoring and keeping track of project cost as per planned schedule and budget
. Measure and determine amount of work done at stages in order to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors
. Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers and sub-contractors
. Carry out contract administration duties
Requirements:
. Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent from a recognized Institution / University
. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
. Be able to take instructions and work independently
. Good communications skills, able to interact with people of all levels
. Able to work well in a team
