Profile Summary:

As part of the Rewards & Benefits team, you will be involved in functions relating to compensation, benefits, welfare, recognition and payroll administration, with a higher focus in compensation and benefits. This role will report to the Deputy Director, Rewards and Benefits.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review and develop progressive and competitive compensation and benefits policies and initiatives that meet the organisation needs to attract, motivate and retain talent in a Tech industry.
  • Project manage and administer various compensation and performance exercises such as annual salary review, performance bonus, performance appraisal, promotion and job evaluation exercises.
  • Participate in C&B benchmarking surveys and analyse survey results to maintain market competitiveness.
  • Involve in C&B improvement projects such as process improvement for greater efficiency, leveraging on technology to enhance employee experience such as requirement gatherings, system testing and implementation.
  • Support the annual manpower budgeting and costing exercises.
  • Provide consultative support and advice on C&B related matters and staff queries.
  • May assist in some aspect of payroll administration and submission of payroll manpower costings for the purpose of billing to other organisations.
  • Involve in other activities such as recognition programs, mental wellbeing, staff welfare, recreational activities and reporting.

Requirements/ Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resource or Business-related discipline with at least 4 years of experience in HR of which 2 years in C&B
  • Meticulous and possess strong analytical and organisation skills
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature and discrete in handling confidential information
  • Good in administrative skills
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft applications especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors systems will be added advantage
