The E-Commerce Executive role at Michael Trio involves dynamic work in account management and online content management for key E-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, exhibiting dynamism, and maintaining excellent organizational skills.
This role will be highly collaborative, working closely with the retail/marketplace, marketing, onsite, finance, and merchandising teams. It’s an excellent role for someone who wants exposure across the entire ecommerce business.
Account Management:
- Ensure proper setup of operations in channel management and partnership with key platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, TikTok, etc.).
- Manage daily campaign calendar.
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies for revenue generation.
- Manage reporting of sales and projected sales/margin forecasts.
- Liaise with e-Commerce partners, building relationships, and advising on strategies.
- Monitor and respond to customer queries across all platforms.
Online Content:
- Ensure accurate product images and optimized product titles/descriptions.
- Oversee end-to-end e-Commerce performance.
- Formulate and execute digital marketing initiatives, including on-site activities and social media.
- Conceptualize and produce digital content ideas.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of online retail experience with experience in workflow, project and vendor management .
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
- Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
