Major Responsibilities:
- Manage head office and local projects related to private cloud system as a project manager, which includes system requirement definition, cost estimation, trouble shooting, vendors/ resources/ schedules control, and reporting to Management, the Bank and Head Office.
- Coordinate among the company and vendor to maintain stable system operation.
- Review document / deliverables submit from vendors.
- Propose enhancement projects and new product to improve the company’s infrastructure stability and efficiency.
- Strictly comply with policy and procedures.
- Assist to manage projects related to application software.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure/ hardware field with minimum 2 years of experience in project management.
- Knowledge and experience in virtualization software such as VMWare is a must.
- Knowledge and experience in operational product such as vROps, JP1, Solarwinds, Arcserve, Splunk.
- Knowledge and experience in network administration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Business proficiency in Japanese language is a plus but not required.
- Able to interact effectively across all levels, including counterparts from the headquarter in Japan as well as local and international clients and vendors.
- Experience working in the Banking industry is a plus but not required.
