Job Description:
• Compile new potential HA applications, respond to public queries and verify the submission of application forms.
• Plan and coordinate weekly chat sessions and quarterly induction sessions with interested members of the public.
• Closely monitor and follow up on application process for interested HA
• Support new HAs on understanding of systems and reimbursement procedures.
• Plan and coordinate with external vendor(s) for training curriculum and dissemination of information to HAs
• Tracking training sessions attended by HAs

Location: Outram Park MRT Station
Salary: $15/H
Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Role Requirements:
- Knowledge in Microsoft applications
- Effective communication skills
