Responsibilities:
- To prepare the kitchen for daily operations.
- Ensure that all standards of food preparation & cooking menu items follow straightly company standards recipe and SOP.
- Willing to work multiple task and working as team.
- Ensure that keep well on operations hygiene standard & food safety.
- Able to take instruction and work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and good hygiene.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year's relevant experience is required.
- Ability to commence work within a short period of time would be advantageous.
- “Can do” and “Can Learn” attitude.
- Willingness to work shift hours, weekends and public holidays.
