We are an established timber door installation company in Singapore local market. We are seeking for a QS cum Drafter to join our friendly team.
Requirements:
- Nitec / Diploma in Drafting / Engineering or related
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent
- Proficient in Autocad and Microsoft Office
- Able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
- Able to stay organized
- Preferably at least 1 year of Quantity Surveyor related working experience in building construction or manufacturing industry
Job Responsibilities:
- Deal and respond to sales enquiries from customers and contractors
- Prepare project quotation, tender pre-qualification and contract documents
- Proposal and preparation of material samples;
- Assist in the preparation of architectural designs and drawings using AutoCAD, and ensuring that design drawings conform to specifications provided
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Ensuring that all materials to purchase, used and work performed are as per specifications;
- And perform ad-hoc duties necessary for carrying out the department objectives
