· Manage enquires from customers through our call center and walk-in customers if needed
· Resolve customer enquiries and issues in a timely manner
· Identify and propose new processes to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness
· Handle challenging situations or objections to handle complaints and queries effectively under pressure
· Working cohesively with other teams/stakeholders to achieve company and department objectives
· Reporting regularly to line leader on all activities relating to the role
· Handle adhoc tasks assigned by line leader
