The Job:
- Support annual customer segmentation process including review with the different product that incorporate customer behavior performance values to optimize decision making for sales.
- Develops and implements sales strategy, new business/membership/client development, retention of clients/members, identification of entrepreneurial enterprises and relationship management strategies.
- Maintaining cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) software, reviewing, and refining of existing sales SOPs and KPIs.
- Generating reports and presenting to organisation stakeholders, working closely with senior management to ideate new sales strategies.
Requirement:
- Degree in relevant industry / events/functions preferred.
- 5 years in sales customer facing role or internal sales support is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Powerpoint and Excel
- Good communications skills
- Knowledge in tender process and Salesforce
- Good writting skills
