Human Resource cum Administrative Executive
Administrative Role
· Responsible for handling general administrative and clerical support
· Establish and maintain orderly filling and documentation system, scanning and photocopy of documents
· Answer incoming calls and attend to visitors
· Manage and maintain administrative duties for logistics department
· Manage drivers’ database and record movement chart
· Assist in accident/ incident reporting and insurance submission claims
· Manage and prepare correspondences, quotations and all reports for medical equipment department
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
HR Role
· Handle new worker orientation pre- and post-preparations such as registering PCP, bank account, issue of PPE, T-shirt, etc.
· Prepare documents for workers dormitory registration.
· Maintain and ensure proper documentation of workers database and personnel files.
· Follow up and process of worker work passes, including new application, renewal, transfer and cancellation matters.
· Tabulate & calculate workers OT pay.
· Handle workers medical welfare and all others medical issue (FWMI / WICA claim).
· Monitor and arrange for employees related training.
· Others related to workers processes
Requirements:
· At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
· Candidate must possess at least A level/ Diploma or equivalent
· Possess good written and verbal communications skills in English
· Proficient in MS office applications (Eg, Outlook, Excel, Words)
· Good communications skills, able to interact with people of all levels
· Able to work independently and excellent team player.
