Finance & HR Manager


Responsibilities:

- Responsible for handling full sets of accounts (AP,AR,GL) including month-end and year-end closing.

- Prepare & review financial statements incompliance to finance reporting standards, tax forms & company’s GST preparation, reporting & timely submission of annual returns.

- Prepare intercompany billing, and reconciliation.

- Review financial control systems, policies and procedures by identifying weaknesses and recommending improvement for accuracy & efficiency.

- Review financial related contracts, agreements, employees’ and company business-related insurance package and renewal.

- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders on accounting compliance, relevant entitles in HR & corporate matters.

- Develop & implementation of company’s guidelines, procedure, policies, strategic and plans compliance with legal and regulations requirement to support management at all levels and ensure development succession in business direction and HR alignment.

- Plan & lead strategic roadmap objectives and organisation chart, identify key drivers for implementation & fill up the gap.

- Manage workforce relations, performance, psychology, strengthen morale, culture, career development and resolving conflicts.

- Keep abreast of the industry news that may impact organisation.

- Perform adhoc duties & responsibilities that may be assigned by the management.


Requirement:

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting/ Finance, ACCA or possesses an equivalent qualification.

- Minimum 2 years experience in full set accounts with supervisory role and group consolidation.

- Good personality with excellent interpersonal communication and written skills.

- Meticulous, efficient, articulate, able to work multi-task independently and good team player.

- Good organization skills, initiative, and planning, able to work within tight deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility.

- Familiar with general accounting principles, regulations, compliance requirement, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and MOM rules and regularisation.

- Familiar with Xero, Infotech & Zetta working experiences is an added ad advantage.

- Able to demonstrate experience in both management expertise and leadership capability.
