Role Overview:

As the Business Development Manager at Lendingpot, you will play a pivotal role in propelling our dynamic and rapidly expanding FinTech platform to new heights. Reporting to the Head of Lendingpot, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our business by leading omni-channel acquisition efforts and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive omni-channel acquisition and conversion of leads onto Lendingpot Singapore platform to achieve aggressive sales targets
  • Acquire and build strong referral channels with various SME centres and government institutions through regular engagements
  • Manage client journey and experience on Lendingpot platform by monitoring and supporting progress on loan applications
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights on your sales pipeline

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business or any related discipline
  • Strong domain knowledge of B2B businesses, the banking and finance industry, or the business loan sector
  • Possess prior working experience in sales or in a client facing role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to engage and persuade both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience in sales or marketing roles within the SME business loan sector is a bonus
  • Proactive, driven, and collaborative team player
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
