Logistics Operations Executive (Ref: GAS)

A renowned global leader in the Fast-Moving Beauty industry, with Singapore’s distribution center serving the whole Asia Pacific region through multiple distribution channels such as travel retail, local subsidiaries, local and cross border direct distribution and ecommerce is seeking for a suitable candidate to join them as a Logistics Operations Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

• Point of contact with brands personnel and operations team to ensure requirements are met
• Manage inventory – ensure healthy stock level by reviewing and giving weekly inventory replenishment, ordering new stocks and coordinating with supply planners on incoming inventory
• Coordinate and work closely with relevant parties (e.g. stakeholders, suppliers, shipping team etc) on the ordering and shipment of all PO items
• Evaluate and execute requests on inventory segregation
• Maintain resources on stock segregation and continuously improve resources based on users’ feedback provided
• Initiate and lead projects to increase capacity, productivity, decrease cost and/ or improve quality
• Provide regular project progress updates to key stakeholders and other relevant parties of the projects
• Ensure proper documentation and other paperwork are done on a regular basis
• All other duties as required

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma/Degree in Logistics/ Business/ Supply Chain or related discipline
• 3 – 5 years of relevant logistics/ supply chain experience, preferably in a E-commerce setup
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of SAP & WMS is advantageous
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
