Job responsibilities: -
- Assist Sous Chef in kitchen daily operations
- Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed NEA & company policy
- Ensure that the quality, quantity, and correctness of food items served and displayed to the patient
- Check that the quantity and quality of items ordered are received and stored in the proper condition
- Works closely and cooperates with other chefs, superiors, colleagues, and subordinates to achieve the highest possible satisfaction of food items
Requirements:-
- Excellent team player
- Obtained valid Food & Hygiene Certificate
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
