Maintains computer networks, providing technical support and ensuring the whole Company runs smoothly. Monitors and maintains the Company’s computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software, and solves daily technical problems. Responsible for overseeing of all operations that involved the development and support of information systems.
Job Duties:
· Provide assistance in implementation of new software / hardware and solve simple technical issue (if any).
· Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements including hardware / software upgrade.
· Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services, including installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
· Preparation and management of operating budgets.
· Negotiate contracts with manufacturers for all software, hardware and consulting services and managing external vendor relationships and services.
· Handling Microsoft Navision related matter (AMC Contract Renewal / Permission Settings / New CR requests etc.)
· Responding in a timely manner to solve other ad-hoc IT-related issues and requests.
· Familiar with Microsoft Navision and integration of RFID system.
· IT data and account management (Emails / NAV / IP Address etc.)
Job Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years’ related experience handling IT management or similar role.
· Possess advanced analytical abilities with operational vision.
· Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Networking / similar field is preferable.
