Admin and Account Assistant

  • Handle full sets of accounts
  • Accounting data entry in the system
  • Maintain accurate supplier master data, process supplier invoices and payments, and reconcile accounts payable.
  • Perform basic accounting duties on AR and AP
  • Prepare monthly management report
  • Manage and maintain the filing of documents, correspondence, and contracts
  • Provide support to the office as necessary in administrative tasks
  • Assist GM in quarterly GST reporting
  • Support internal and external audits for ISO 9001 and any other certifications
  • Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents, and the Secretary
  • Application and submission for government grants and subsidies
  • Liaise with the insurance agent on the renewal of policies
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers
  • Other accounting and admin duties as required

A successful candidate should have:

  • Min. Diploma in Accounting or related qualification
  • Knowledge of the use of the auto-accounting system is an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Energetic, initiative-driven, and able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment
  • Able to work independently and communicate effectively with both external and internal parties.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Demonstrates an ability to work independently and in a team

Experience:

  • Data entry: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
