In this role, you will be responsible for the adoption of Data Governance Framework across all business areas in the Singapore office. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to and work closely with senior members in the organization to deliver the requirements under the Enterprise Data Governance programme and institutionalize data quality management target Head of Data Governance operating model in the business.
What you will be doing:
- Implement the data quality target operating model in Singapore, including the roll out of the data quality technology solution
- Develop and maintain data quality rules with thresholds to meet the requirements of the business processes that consume the core data
- Establish and monitor data quality measures, evidencing improvement in data quality of core data assets over time
- Establish a data quality issue management process, monitoring and tracking of data quality issues through its lifecycle; root cause analysis, solution design and remediation, with a focus of remediating issues at source
- Review data related incidents to ensure read across to data quality rules
- Ensure adherence to data principles for any data related project and work with project team
- Conduct training related to data quality management, educating and generating awareness over the data quality principles and process

Working Experience
- 8-10 years’ working experience
- Relevant experience in Consulting relating to data management or across multiple business disciplines as data governance professionals, business process engineers or business reporting functions
Professional Qualifications
- Knowledge of tools and techniques of data quality management
- Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data
- Experience in working in a diverse organisation and across front to back business processes
- Proficiency in SQL and RegEx for robust data querying, transformation and validation of data quality
- Proficiency in PowerBI, demonstrating the ability to create comprehensive and insightful data visualisation that contribute to effect data quality assessment and reporting
Education
- Degree holder of any business / financial related discipline
Language
- Fluent written and spoken English
