  1. Drink Preparation: Prepare a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mixed drinks, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, following standard recipes and the restaurant's specifications. This involves measuring and mixing ingredients, garnishing drinks, and ensuring the correct presentation.
  2. Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders, providing recommendations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Offer suggestions based on customers' preferences and make personalized recommendations to enhance their experience.
  3. Knowledge of Beverages: Possess a comprehensive knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, including their ingredients, flavor profiles, and serving techniques. Stay updated with new trends and developments in the beverage industry to provide innovative and exciting options to customers.
  4. Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area at all times. This includes regularly cleaning glasses, utensils, and bar equipment, as well as restocking supplies when needed. Adhere to proper sanitation guidelines and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  5. Cash Handling: Process payments accurately and efficiently, including handling cash transactions and operating the cash register. Maintain an organized record of sales, receipts, and transactions, and handle any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  6. Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with the restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to ensure smooth operations and efficient service. Communicate effectively to relay drink orders, resolve customer issues, and coordinate with the team to maintain a cohesive and harmonious work environment.
  7. Upselling and Promotion: Actively promote and upsell special drinks, promotions, or featured items to customers, increasing sales and revenue for the restaurant. Engage customers in conversation and offer suggestions based on their preferences and the restaurant's offerings.
  8. Bar Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing bar inventory, including tracking stock levels, placing orders for supplies, and ensuring appropriate stock rotation. Help to minimize waste and control costs by accurately measuring and pouring ingredients.
  9. Responsible Alcohol Service: Comply with legal regulations regarding the service of alcohol, including checking identification to verify customers' ages and refusing service to intoxicated or underage individuals. Demonstrate responsible alcohol service practices and intervene when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of customers.
  10. Problem Solving: Handle any customer complaints or issues related to beverage quality or service promptly and professionally. Find solutions to resolve problems and maintain customer satisfaction.
