Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Support other departments with Company to construct efficient and robust organization.
• Develop prospects customers base in APAC region and market products managed by the Company and its related corporations.
• Research and source for local partners to introduce ideas or products to Tokyo HQ for new funds development in Japan.
• Act as liaison between Singapore office and Tokyo HQ including but not limited to Fund Managers, to communicate closely and collaborate in various business areas and markets in APAC.
Job requirements
• At least 15 years of experience in Asset Management industry
• Preferably have knowledge in portfolio management and operations
• Proficient in Japanese language for liaison with Japanese clients
• Qualification of CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CMA (Certified Member Analyst of the Securities Analysts Association of Japan) or equivalent
• Recognized Degree in the relevant field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word/Powerpoint/Access/Excel)
• Strong knowledge of Order Management System, Financial Data Services. With excellent command of Aladdin and Bloomberg
