A renowned global leader in the Fast-Moving Beauty industry, with Singapore’s distribution center serving the whole Asia Pacific region through multiple distribution channels such as travel retail, local subsidiaries, local and cross border direct distribution and ecommerce is seeking for a suitable candidate to join them as a Customer Service Executive (Order Fulfilment).
Job Responsibilities:
- Handles full spectrum of order fulfilment (e.g. PO/ DO)
- Work closely with internal team and ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner
- Work closely with 3PL to ensure timely picking/packing/labelling and delivery of orders
- Liaise with the supply planning team to ensure optimum product availability in warehouse and order fulfilment
- Issue invoices & other shipping documents to customers
- Provide backup to the team when necessary
- Any other ad hoc projects/ duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Business or related discipline
- 3 – 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in customer goods or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous
