The successful candidate will support the Service Monitoring Unit of the Customer Correspondence Unit (CCU) and responsible for managing, analysing data related to customer correspondence, as well as preparing reports and presentations to support CCU's operations.
What you will be working on
- Compile, monitor, and analyse statistics related to the Customer Correspondence Unit (CCU), including the productivity and performance of officers. Present findings through various data visualization formats for comprehensive reporting.
- Dive into data to derive insights on trending topics and issues in operations and perform forecasting to better manage resources and case load.
- Provide assistance to projects leveraging data to gather customer insights and enhance the overall customer experience. Effectively communicate analysis outcomes and key concepts through engaging presentations.
- Support the preparation of presentation decks for internal and external stakeholders to showcase the work/projects under CCU.
- Support operational functions that span across the department or various CCU teams, such as standardising scheme and category tagging across different Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRMS) from various outfits.
- Collate statistics from diverse Customer Correspondence Unit (CCU) teams or outfits. Additionally, contribute to the drafting of the monthly department newsletter, ensuring a harmonized and cohesive representation of information.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in compiling, monitoring, and analysing statistics with demonstrated experience in working with large datasets.
- Meticulous and systematic tracking of big data use to ensure accuracy in reported statistics.
- Proficient in using data and statistical tools such as Python, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint and Word.
- Good analytical skills to extract meaningful insights from data.
- Ability to adapt to evolving tasks and responsibilities within a dynamic work environment.
