Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls
- Taking down customers' particulars, contact number, request and callback timing
- Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Possess Call Centre / Customer Service experience
- No experience are welcome to apply and training will be provided
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Able to commit for 5 to 6 months
- Able to commence work immediately or with short notice
- Possibility to be converted to permanent, subjected to performance

- Working Hour: Mon - Fri (8.30am - 6om)
- Location: CBD
- Salary: $2200/mth
