About the Role:
As a Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You'll work collaboratively with internal and external clients to gather, analyze, and document their requirements, ensuring they accurately reflect their goals and align with strategic objectives. You'll then translate these needs into actionable plans and support various stages of project development, from feasibility studies to implementation and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders: Build strong relationships and effectively communicate with a diverse audience to understand their needs and concerns.
- Requirements gathering and analysis: Utilize your expertise to elicit, document, analyze, and validate business requirements, ensuring they are complete, accurate, and feasible.
- Solution development and implementation: Translate business needs into actionable solutions, working closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation.
- Testing and validation: Develop and execute test plans and test cases to verify that solutions meet requirements and deliver expected outcomes.
- Requirements management and change management: Champion robust processes for managing evolving requirements and ensure smooth transitions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Industry expertise and business impact: Leverage your knowledge of information technology and relevant industry trends to analyze the business implications of proposed solutions.
- Additional responsibilities: Support proposals, feasibility studies, and other aspects of the business cycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience.
- 2 - 6 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements using structured techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working effectively in a team environment.
