Job Summary:
The role will involve developing and executing sales strategies, working with the sales team, building relationships with distributors, analyzing market trends, and creating and managing sales budgets and forecasts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
- Work with the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell products or services through the distribution channel.
- Build and maintain relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for growth
- Create and manage sales budgets and forecasts
- Monitor and report on sales performance, with sales director, and market trends to the management.
- Collaborate with other departments such as operations, procurement finance, and marketing to ensure that the strategy is aligned with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success in working in a sales environment and achieving sales targets.
- Preferred Experience in the Oil & Gas / Maritime industry
