Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for maintaining and expanding customers industry with Chinese background or Chinese element under the responsibility of the team, explore potential business opportunities, and provide good customer relationship management and financial services to existing or potential industry target customers. Work content including but not limited to understand customer needs, applying the right product mix, formulate marketing plan, organize and implement the marketing service, complete all required internal processes including system work (such as preparing term sheet, credit proposals and credit review, implementation of the credit terms and conditions, servicing of client's day-to-day needs, operate in business systems, etc.).
2. Drive marketing and expansion of comprehensive banking services, including trade finance and financial markets, from the perspective of customer relations, aiming to enhance the overall performance of the entire bank.
3. Drive company product research and development. Based on Singapore Branch's customers' demands and the local industry competition, timely propose new product requirements, assist in developing new business products for the company, implement innovation-driven strategies, and expand sources of revenue.
5. Carry out proactive risk control of credit business, undertake risk prevention work including credit risk, operational risk, compliance and anti-money laundering risk, and complete post-loan management and KYC; concurrently conduct regular or irregular customer visits are made to collect and analyse the business information of Agricultural, Natural & Mining industry and customers in the market, analyse and judge the changes of customers' credit status, and strengthen credit risk management.
6. Responsible to meet the relevant KPI target imposed.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree
- At least 1 year experience in Corporate Banking
- Strong communication and coordination ability.
- Able to communicate both verbally and written in Chinese and English so as to communicate with our Chinese-speaking customers and Head Office
