Job Responsibilities:
【Human Resources】
- Daily contact window for employees
- Recruiting (recruitment including campus recruiting, management of selection flow - interview coordination, interviewing, building relationships with universities, etc.)
- On-boarding and resignation procedures (preparation of LOAs, registration and updating of employee information, etc.)
- Compilation of salary and leave information and payment processing ※Liaising with outsourcer for payroll
- Coordination and support of personnel evaluations and salary revisions
- Management and updating of personnel information
- Management and updating of HR systems and rules (including compliance with legal amendments)
- Personnel-related procedures and government reporting
【General Affairs】
- Management of offices, furniture and fixtures (including coordination with management office)
- Management of internal events
- Other general support duties required for company's operation
Job Requirements:
- Japanese language skill is required to liaise with Japanese speaking counterparts in Japan
- Good interpersonal skill and flexible （Able to move with good footwork）
- Able to coordinate with others involved in the process without determined process
- Able to make actions with consideration for the situation of employees.
