Applied Angstrom Technology (“AAT”) is a start-up semiconductor equipment company with our headquarter in Singapore. Our company was founded by two professionals and has grown a team of experienced, dedicated, and passionate individuals. AAT has the mission to be the world-class process technology provider in the Angstrom era for 3D device manufacturing and to build an ecosystem in equipment design, manufacturing, and component/material supply chain in US and Singapore.
Now our recruiting team is looking for a motivated Business Development Manager in Singapore. The Business Development Manager will play a vital role in driving the organization's growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and expanding the company's presence.
Job functions:
The ideal candidate shall be able to perform the following:
- Opportunity Identification: Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, partnerships, and ways to reach existing markets.
- Relationship Building: Foster and develop relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other partners.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong market presence.
- Proposal Management: Lead the creation of business proposals and presentations.
- Negotiations: Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with partners and customers.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or a related role is preferred.
- Strong market knowledge and understanding of industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to build rapport and forge strategic partnerships.
