- Answer and direct phone calls
- Data entry & filing work, daily receive and sort mail
- Issue purchase orders, record and keep track of delivery
- Arrange for courier collection & delivery
- Order and keep record for stationery
- Keep track of rental equipment
- Other Ad-Hoc assignments
Requirements
- Min. 'O' Levels / Diploma in any disciplines
- Have a good working attitude and willing to learn
- Meticulous, organized and process good communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Is a team player and has initiatives
- Willingness to work flexible schedule during peak period and able to meet tight timeline
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- 5.5 days work week
