Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally with a team that supports Global Communications and Public Affairs.
- Manage administrative tasks (calendars, book travel, coordinate external customer meetings, and schedule facilities and equipment).
- Partner with global leads, resources, and point of contact to coordinate business and team needs.
- Optimize processes and build new operational strategies to drive efficiency, effectiveness and responsiveness into existing operations and managing team-related projects.
- Partner closely with Administrative Business Partners (ABPs), Strategy and Operations Lead, and APAC Communication leads to execute processes to support the business and leaders.
