We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Renewal Sales Specialist to join our team. The Renewal Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing the license renewal and subscription business, ensuring high customer retention rates, reducing churn, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products and services, and a proven track record of achieving renewal targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Renewal Management:
- Proactively manage the renewal process for existing customers, ensuring timely renewals and minimizing churn.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations to facilitate smooth renewal processes.
Customer Retention:
- Identify factors contributing to customer churn and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Address customer concerns and objections effectively to secure renewals.
New Opportunity Discovery:
- Continuously monitor customer usage patterns and feedback to identify new opportunities for product or service enhancements.
- Work closely with the sales team to uncover new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a renewal sales or account management role, preferably in the IT services or software industry.
- Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and license renewal processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding renewal targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
