Head of TPM Solutions is responsible to develop the go-to-market strategy for Tool Park Management Solutions and implement new service offering to help our customers with effective management of their power tools and other asset with the ultimate purpose to achieve sustainable and productive growth.
Role Requirements
- Take full ownership of FM (Hilti Fleet Management) and ON!Track asset management services for South East Asia Pacific Region by developing the go-to-market strategy and sales approach
- Implement and make corrective action when necessary to ensure that the TPM Solutions are successfully launched and sustainable
- Ensure implementation of efficient back-office processes to enable scalability of the service offering and positive customer experience
- Build, train and lead the team of Regional Service Managers and Process Expert(s) to comprehensively support TPM Solutions offering
- Ongoingly develop competencies and train Service Consultants (SCs) and Direct Sales Force (DSF) to drive TPM Solutions in the Region
- Work closely with GMs / Heads of Sales and Heads of Marketing from the various Market Organizations (MOs) to analyze the market potential by leveraging various information sources
- Define the targeted customer pool and formulate the appropriate pricing strategies and processes to ensure seamless operations
Person Specification:
- Degree in business, marketing, or related discipline (MBA is an advantage)
- At least 6 years of experience in sales / business development and at least 3 years in service area
- Previous experience in product marketing or pioneer in service offering is an added plus
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and local language
- Highly motivated, dynamic, comfortable in leading change and with entrepreneur spirit
- Able to drive and influence other different departments to work together towards same direction with strong winning and high performing mindset
