ABOUT THE POSITION
As our business expands, we are looking for enthusiastic candidates to be part of our exciting Operation team.
- Project operations manager provides operational oversight of the day-to-day execution of the project management program, includes schedule adherence, project financial performance, and risk assessment and mitigation.
- responsible for projects from initiation to close, making sure the work gets done efficiently and satisfactorily. As team leaders with day-to-day schedules that are constantly changing, a static project manager job description would be hard to come by. Days can be filled with planning and executing the project process, managing a team or communicating with clients.
- Point-of-contact for various issues and projects
- Oversee implementation of contract deliverables
- Work with customer service department on escalated issues with the business partners
- Work with different vendors/subcontractors to provide third party services for the projects
- Organize and lead monthly, quarterly, and as needed meetings with the clients
- Maintain positive client relations
- Attend various meetings to support client
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support with client and internal departments
- Proficient in understanding, developing and delivering scope of works, hour / cost estimates and client deliverables
- Develop and deliver professional proposals, including design documentation
- 1-3 years of experience project site management in construction
