Job description
- Facilitate projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders including senior executives, peers, across multiple functions.
- Monitor progress and ensure consistent and clear communication in ensuring that project(s) are progressing in a timely manner with any necessary support required for action items from origination to execution.
- Exposure to workforce planning (pyramids, utilisation improvement, improving SCR, operating rhythm for a cluster e.g., COE build to optimise cost & service delivery)
- Ability to identify and drive improvements to service delivery through enhancing process and data across the Lead to Cash lifecycle, monitor report and action planning towards improvement,
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively while maintaining accountability with key stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse business requirements provided by regional and local teams and bringing together cross-functional needs into the overall design and implementation.
- Ensure that proper business requirements are given during project cycles and act as a business partner for the IT development teams ensuring that specifications, development, testing phase and final validation by business units are complete before project go live.
Requirements
- Bachelors / master’s degree, preferably in Business, Operations, Finance related
- Preferably with 5-9 years' experience or exposure to:
- Industry: Project Management , Digital – platforms, Media – Planning and Buying Functions. e-commerce, technology, finance operations,
- Ability to work independently and be adaptable in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
- Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Results and detail oriented to generate insights with a strong emphasis on problem solving.
Essential qualities
- Stakeholder management and communication to engage with cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience working in complex business change. Understanding business profitability drivers, defining statements of work, drawing and refining process maps.
- An aptitude for working with technical experts. You should be comfortable dealing in both business and technology requirements.
- A strong understanding of operational process. Strategy is important, but a focus on execution is what will set you apart from other candidates.
- Strong communication skills: an intuition, as well as methodology, for helping a diverse group understand what needs to be done and when.
- Strong attention to detail and the curiosity to ask why a number is right or wrong.
- Articulate in explaining technical concepts in simple terms.
- Calm when faced with multiple tasks; able to prioritise and deliver on time.

Additional skills
- High Proficiency in MS Office (excel, Project, Planner, Visio)
- Knowledge of low-code, drag-and-drop tools like Power Automate, VBA to build automated processes is a plus.
- Exposure and working knowledge of AI Tools a plus.
- Exposure and working knowledge of RPA Tools is a plus.
