JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist in AP and AR duties –invoicing, collection of payments, update datasheet and entering the bills
- Handle reception duties - attend calls, purchase of office supplies etc.,
- Liaise with contractor/supplier for all office maintenance and equipment
- Other admin duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level or equivalent
- Proficient in English, MS office and Outlook
- Good communication skills to liaise with external & internal Customers
- Preferably a junior executive with QuickBooks accounting software experience
