JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist in AP and AR duties –invoicing, collection of payments, update datasheet and entering the bills
  • Handle reception duties - attend calls, purchase of office supplies etc.,
  • Liaise with contractor/supplier for all office maintenance and equipment
  • Other admin duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least an "O" Level or equivalent
  • Proficient in English, MS office and Outlook
  • Good communication skills to liaise with external & internal Customers
  • Preferably a junior executive with QuickBooks accounting software experience
  • For Singaporeans only
