Reporting to the Head of Modern Trade.
Roles
- Develop and manage customer relationship with all counterparts; contribute to customer strategy ensuring Reckitt business objectives are achieved.
- Achieve / exceed all key sales measures and targets for the account (NR, GM, COP and marketing investment)
- Work in close partnership with brand and trade marketing to ensure development and implementation of category strategy and best in class execution
- Partner with Demand Planning to ensure Customer Service levels are met / exceeded.
- Overall continuous improvement – identifying opportunities for efficiency and profitability management of category.
- Engagement - Conduct monthly business review of respective channels and develops the recommended action plans as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree / Diploma level in a Commercial subject.
- Relevant experience with a blue-chip fast moving consumer goods company for at least 5 years with a proven track record.
- Additional functional experience, preferably in Marketing, Trade Marketing and/or Finance is an advantage.
