job Scope
1.To provide excellent food & beverage service to all our customers
2.To assist the Restaurant Manager in daily running of the restaurant
3.To help Restaurant Manager in increasing daily sales of the restaurant
4. To deal with suppliers in ordering of goods for the restaurant
5. To ensure good hygiene is observed amongst all staff
6. Maintain a positive restaurant culture
7. Handling guests complaints
8. Control operational costs
Incumbent will be under the supervisor & guidance of the Restaurant Manager
