Responsibilities:
Manage payroll operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
Handle payment transactions and financial reporting to headquarters in China, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Utilize SAP ERP system and internal software for financial management and reporting purposes.
Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English languages to facilitate communication with stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial data and insights for reporting to HQ.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Monitor cash flow and liquidity to support operational needs.
Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance management, with expertise in payroll, payment transactions, and financial reporting.
Proficient in using SAP ERP system and internal financial software.
Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese and English languages.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in team management.
Familiarity with Chinese regulations and accounting standards preferred.
Relevant certifications such as CPA or CFA are advantageous.
