ES-Team Lighting is looking for a Purchasing Administrator in our construction and marine department.



Job Description:

  • Coordinate with salesman on their orders and assist them with administrative work
  • Handle paperwork on invoice and delivery order
  • Assist salesman in their daily sales and issuing quotation
  • Organize paperwork and handle incoming phone calls
  • Assist the operation director in his filings and invoice mailing
  • Coordinate with driver on order delivery and delivery pickup
  • Source for items (Operation team will assist you)
  • Issue purchase order to fulfil salesman order
  • Handle various import and export for overseas orders

Job Requirement:

  • Min 1 year requirement in admin related job
  • Speak English and Mandarin. (As most Warehouse staff is from Mainland China. Speaking mandarin is a must for communication purpose)
  • Staying in the west would be preferred
  • Communicate well and has swift response timing
  • Open to learn and can handle pressure well
  • Able to use Microsoft excel, words and email
  • Proficient in utilizing software to facilitate daily work process
  • Required to stay in Singapore as this job will be situated in Singapore
