ES-Team Lighting is looking for a Purchasing Administrator in our construction and marine department.
Job Description:
- Coordinate with salesman on their orders and assist them with administrative work
- Handle paperwork on invoice and delivery order
- Assist salesman in their daily sales and issuing quotation
- Organize paperwork and handle incoming phone calls
- Assist the operation director in his filings and invoice mailing
- Coordinate with driver on order delivery and delivery pickup
- Source for items (Operation team will assist you)
- Issue purchase order to fulfil salesman order
- Handle various import and export for overseas orders
Job Requirement:
- Min 1 year requirement in admin related job
- Speak English and Mandarin. (As most Warehouse staff is from Mainland China. Speaking mandarin is a must for communication purpose)
- Staying in the west would be preferred
- Communicate well and has swift response timing
- Open to learn and can handle pressure well
- Able to use Microsoft excel, words and email
- Proficient in utilizing software to facilitate daily work process
- Required to stay in Singapore as this job will be situated in Singapore
