Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding account management services to retail grocery channel customers by monitoring and reporting on various activities such as asset performance, sampling drives, and product launches.
- Collaborate with customers to identify joint business opportunities, leveraging market insights for range expansion.
- Ensure timely response to invoice queries, maintain accounts within payment terms, and escalate unpaid invoices to prevent supply disruptions.
- Working closely with various accounts to create growing opportunities
- Addressed potential inventory discrepancies by troubleshooting instances where demand deviated from forecasts.
- Ensure timely compliance with approved trade spending processes and promptly address any queries from principals regarding trade spend.
Requirement:
- Minimum of 3 year of relevent experiences
- Minimum diploma in any related field
