Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the branding positions of our diverse range of models.
- Craft compelling product line-ups and unique selling points for all models to captivate our target audience.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement within the Sales Department to enhance overall efficiency.
- Review and enhance showrooms to create an unparalleled retail experience for our valued customers.
- Strategically plan and recruit talented individuals to meet the dynamic needs of our growing team.
- Set and execute pricing, promotions, and plans to boost sales volumes and contributions..
- Ascertain, review, and implement sales incentives and commissions for our dedicated Sales Consultants.
- Strategize and monitor sales and contribution progress to meet Financial Year targets.
- Efficiently manage stock inventory and implement strategies to improve stock turnover.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities, analyzing and recommending counteractive strategies for improved sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, compliments, and complaints to enhance overall customer experience.
- Provide continuous coaching and feedback to improve selling skills and elevate customer service standards.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term brand loyalty.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any Business Discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of related working experience, with a proven track record in automotive sales and a natural flair for sales.
- Strong leadership and sales management skills required.
